Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pitch Peak Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you are creating a Youth Player Account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to the additional Youth Player Terms below.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

Pitch Peak Pro offers the following account types:

•Coach Account — create and submit drills, practice plans, and training content.
•Youth Player Account — a restricted training mode for teen athletes (ages 13–17). View approved content, save privately, and track individual progress.
•Admin/Publisher — a Pitch Peak Pro staff role responsible for reviewing and approving content for the youth library.

3. Coach Account Terms

Coach accounts may create drills, practice plans, and other training content. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy and safety of the content they create.

Content submitted by coaches may be reviewed by Pitch Peak Pro before being made available in the youth library. Coaches must ensure their content meets appropriate safety standards for the intended age group.

Pitch Peak Pro reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict any coach-created content that does not meet community or safety standards.

4. Youth Player Terms

Pitch Peak Pro offers a restricted training mode for teen athletes ("Youth Player Account"). By creating or using a Youth Player Account, you agree to the following additional terms.

4.1 Eligibility

•Youth Player Accounts are available exclusively to users ages 13–17.
•You must provide accurate date of birth information during registration.
•Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to create accounts. Pitch Peak Pro does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

4.2 Feature Restrictions

•Youth Player Accounts may only access designated fitness tracking and individual training features.
•Youth Player Accounts may not access social or community features.
•Youth Player Accounts may not submit public content or communicate with other users through community features.

4.3 Content Controls

•All public drills and practice plans visible to Youth Player Accounts are curated and approved by Pitch Peak Pro administration.
•Pitch Peak Pro reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content at its sole discretion for safety reasons.

4.4 Safety Rules

The following are strictly prohibited for all users, with particular emphasis on youth accounts:

•Attempting to bypass youth account restrictions or age verification.
•Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses, social media handles).
•Posting or transmitting inappropriate, sexual, or explicit content.
•Bullying, harassment, or impersonation of any kind.
•Sharing dangerous or unsafe fitness instructions.

4.5 Company Rights

Pitch Peak Pro reserves the right to:

•Suspend or terminate youth or coach accounts at any time for safety reasons, with or without prior notice.
•Review all submitted content before publication to the youth library.
•Remove content without notice where safety concerns exist.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Pitch Peak Pro. By making content public or submitting it for youth library review, you grant Pitch Peak Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App.

You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Prohibited Conduct

All users agree not to:

•Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or App systems.
•Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
•Misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or affiliations.
•Use the App to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
•Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy substantial portions of App content.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Pitch Peak Pro offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

Pitch Peak Pro may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for safety reasons. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimers

Pitch Peak Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training content is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness program. Pitch Peak Pro is not liable for injuries resulting from the use of training content on the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting youth accounts will be communicated via in-app notification.
