Pitch Peak Pro ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

•Account information: email address, display name, username, date of birth, role selection (Coach or Youth Player).
•Profile information: club/team name, school name, experience level, bio, avatar image.
•Content you create: drills, practice plans, posts, comments, fitness test results.
•Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, and device information for improving the App experience.
•Push notification tokens: used solely to deliver notifications you have opted into.

3. Youth Player Data

Pitch Peak Pro takes the privacy of teen athletes seriously. The following protections apply to Youth Player Accounts (ages 13–17):

•We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 years of age.
•Youth Player Accounts operate in a restricted training mode with no social or community features.
•Youth player profiles are not publicly searchable or visible to other users.
•We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the training experience: date of birth (for age verification), fitness tracking data, and saved drill preferences.
•Youth player data is never sold to third parties or used for targeted advertising.
•Parent or guardian email may be collected for account verification purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

•Provide and maintain the App, including account management and content delivery.
•Enforce age restrictions and safety policies.
•Process subscriptions and payments (handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
•Send notifications you have opted into (e.g., new content from followed coaches).
•Improve the App through anonymized usage analytics.
•Review and moderate content for safety, particularly content submitted to the youth library.

5. Third-Party Services

Pitch Peak Pro uses the following third-party services:

•Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Data is stored securely with encryption at rest.
•RevenueCat — subscription management. Processes payment data through platform app stores.
•Expo — push notification delivery. Only push tokens are shared, not personal data.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Third-party services are used only as necessary to operate the App.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Content you have made public (drills, plans, posts) may persist after account deletion if it has been saved or copied by other users.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

•Access the personal information we hold about you.
•Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
•Delete your account and associated data.
•Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or the App.
•Request a copy of your data by contacting us.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and row-level security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
